Background:
ICLEI South Asia in collaboration with Bhubaneswar
Municipal Corporation has started a project on
Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency supported
by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation
and Development (BMZ)and technical support from
Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit
(GTZ) Germany This project will promote the generation
and supply of renewable energy and energy efficiency
with a focus on the roles and responsibilities of
local governments as the driving force for innovation
and investment.
ICLEI South Asia is looking for a Project Associate
who can handle technical (renewable energy and energy
efficiency) and project management aspects of the
project at Bhubaneswar.
